Special R & D engineer position requirements:
1: Must have more than 12 years of independent non-standard equipment design experience, and the success rate of the developed equipment reaches 99.5% or more;
2: Can solve problems that other engineers cannot solve;
3: The improvement cost of the designed equipment does not exceed 3% of the total cost;
4: Able to complete equipment commissioning independently according to its own design to reach the use standard; 5: Proficient in equipment parts processing technology;
6: Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design is preferred, age 32-45 years old
